Yes! You read correctly, I’m about to tell you the number one way to get rid of a Bloated Tummy! Are you ready?

Stop eating shitty foods!

Unbelieveable right? Bet you never thought it could possibly be due to all the fatty, sugary, greasy high colesterol foods you’ve been eating.

Get real people.

Bloating of the stomach and/or abdomen is caused by inflammation of the intestines. Well what causes all this inflammation in my intestines you then ask? All the stuff your body can’t process! This takes on big toll on your body, especially your digestive system. Remember drinking that carbonated, super sugary soft drink this morning? Yeh, that may have done it. Or that cheese cake washed down with some over sweetened chocolate milk as last night’s ‘snack’? If you feel like shit, it’s because your eating like shit, bottom line.

So folks, what are you going to do about it?

Well first off incorporating more fibrous food into your diet. This includes legumes and vegetables which will help knick sugar cravings later on in the afternoon and evenings (when sugar craving whip out their full fledged attacks).

Secondly drink more water. Water keeps all the glucose (sugar) levels of the body regulated with what your consuming. Staying well hydrated will keep your body’s energy levels more consistent and your hormones in check. Not to mention most people eat something because they thought they were hungry, when really they were only thirsty to begin with!

Lastly, stop making such poor nutritional decisions when it comes to your diet. Your diet holds the key to how you feel, how you sleep, your motivation, your hormone balances,  it also makes up 70% weight loss/maintenance efforts. So please, do your body a favour and start feuling yourself with delicious, nutricious meals and snacks.
